Apart from that, there might be instances when you don’t have sufficient tasks to keep them occupied consistently, resulting in you having to pay for the time they are not able to be utilized.
By opting for the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as frequently as necessary. This ensures that you only pay your designer when you have work ready for them.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once you become a subscriber, you have the freedom to include an unlimited number of design requests in your queue. These requests will then be delivered to you individually, one at a time.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Typically, the majority of inquiries are fulfilled within a short span of 48 hours or less. However, more complex inquiries may require additional time for completion.
How do I request designs?
SketchBoxx provides a wide range of options for clients to request designs through Trello, allowing for maximum flexibility. There are several popular methods that clients utilize to request designs, such as directly submitting their requests on Trello, sharing Google documents or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video for those who prefer a more visual approach. Essentially, any content that can be linked or shared on Trello is acceptable for requesting designs.
What if I don't like the design?
You can rest assured that we will take care of you! As the design is being refined, we will continue to make adjustments until it reaches the target goal you have set.
How does the pause feature work?
We recognize that you may not have sufficient design projects to occupy an entire month. It’s possible that you currently only have one or two design requests. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes beneficial.
Our billing cycles are structured on a 30-day period. For example, let’s assume you sign up for our service and utilize it for 20 days before deciding to pause your subscription. In this scenario, the billing cycle will be put on hold until you say otherwise, and you will have 10 days of unused service that can be utilized at any point in the future.

Who are the designers?
It may come as a surprise, but SketchBoxx operates as a full service creative agency based out of Southern California. This means that you will have direct interaction with the founders of SketchBoxx and their local design team. However, when it comes to power-ups like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with partner designers to fulfill those requests.
What programs do you design in?
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and WordPress are used to design most requests.

1. Standard Plan:
Our Standard plan is perfect for companies who are just starting out and looking for essential features at an affordable price. This plan includes unlimited graphic design, ONE project at a time, for print, 48 hour turnarounds and access to our design support team.
2. Premium Plan:
For larger businesses or those who require a heavier & more versitile design load, our Premium plan is the best option. In addition to all the features included in the Standard plan, this plan includes unlimited graphic design, TWO projects at a time, for both digital and print, 24-48 hour turnarounds and priority design team support.
3. Custom Plan:
If none of our pre-defined plans suit your specific requirements, we also offer a Custom plan. This plan allows you to customize and tailor the features and services according to your unique needs. This plan can also include animations, motion graphics or custom illustrations. Simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you in creating a plan that fits your business perfectly.
